Refund & Return Policy
- Return Policy: Customers are entitled to request a refund within 7 business days from the date of purchase, provided that the request is made before the service execution date. The amount will be refunded to the customer’s account within up to 10 business days.
- Exchange Policy: Customers may exchange the service for another service of equal value, provided that the exchange is made before the service execution date.
- Exceptions: Please note that the return policy does not include purchases made using vouchers.
